"Pete, are you still reading those articles?" Matt called into the back room. Peter had gone to the library in town and found quite a few obituaries. He had also collected any reports of the supposedly dead people coming back to life, or never being dead in the first place. He had been reading them for quite a while, and hadn't gotten any sleep since the night before, over thirteen hours.
"Yeah. I really need to figure this out." Anton had told him about what was happening to him- why he had anger spells and got pissed off so much and so easily. Now Peter had a new determination to get home before he turned into... himself, but worse.
"We're going to work on it tomorrow. We haven't relaxed all week. I think we all deserve it."
Peter still didn't give in. He said nothing and continued crossing out names. Then he saw his own.

9:38pm
Connor and Lindsay went out to the docks that night. They sat on Connor's boat, where he lived, watching the shooting stars. It eventually got too cold to stay out, even with jackets, so they went inside to watch a movie on the big-screen in the 'basement.' Connor's boat was very large and one could get lost in it.
Lindsay and Connor sat on the couch watching the movie with the lights down low. They were watching 'the Blair Witch Project,' which somehow managed to scare Lindsay once in a while. Connor sneakily put his arm around her shoulder and she rested her head on his. This is nice, she thought to herself, but she still had the feeling that something was wrong. Once again, she ignored it and went on watching the movie with her former boss.

Jill was lying in her room, listening to music and practicing her magic. She made her friend's crush like her and made her other friend get a good mark on her English test. The music on her stereo suddenly stopped. The incense on her desk stopped burning, and it had only been burning for a couple of minutes. There was something wrong.
Jill got up and went outside. Most of the time it seemed that she could 'sense' things better when she was outdoors.
A strange vibe came to her. It had an unpleasant aura, and she didn't like it one bit. There was something seriously wrong but not on this world. She could sense it.
